The popularity of Miley Cyrus is just one more sign that Western Civilization is finished.

If there is one thing I would like to see the world rid itself of in 2015, it is this ridiculous fad of twerking.

There is nothing sexy, erotic, alluring or attractive about twerking. People who do it look like idiots. It is vulgar. It is stupid. And it is ugly.

Good eroticism and sensuality should always contain a healthy does of restraint and mystery. It is often the mental and emotional and imaginative elements of our lives that drive our erotic desires and decisions; passion and physicality are often best enjoyed along with the slow dance of seduction and sensuality. Love and desire are human qualities that take time to build. It is who we are and how God made us. We aren’t meant to act like animals in public. Sexuality is too sacred to be simply reduced to the gyrating motions of someone’s loins. Twerking is modern sexuality taken to its most bestial level. I find it to border on the disgusting. A girl who shakes her ass in public like that is not attractive. Even most animals usually act more dignified in their sexual rituals.

I wonder if the widespread practice of twerking is just another sign that we are finished as a civilization.
