It shows a promotional still from the western, F-Troop, a popular tv show from the mid-sixties. The two actors were actually married in real life, so perhaps that is why she seems genuinely to enjoy being spanked by the flat of a saber. How amusing, that a show fifty years old would promote such a still and yet today you would never see something like this anywhere on network television, due to fear of being labeled “sexist” or “misogynistic” or something else by the harpy, humorless, feminist areas of the press.
I need to add a saber to my collection of discipline tools.

Yes, you need to post those articles.
As far as men being spanked by women, I suppose some men are into that, but for me, I do the spanking, as well as the fucking.
