I have always found Heather Graham to be quite lovely. Ever since I first saw her in Boogie Nights as the infamous porn star Roller Girl, she has captivated me. Her sweet features, long blonde hair, big blue eyes, vivacious smile, and supple yet curvaceous body have always made her a starlet of great beauty. She has that alluring combination of girl next door look with an underlying and seemingly comfortable sexuality.

Born in 1970, she still looks great for someone who is now forty three. It just shows that if you take care of yourself, there is no need for your looks go down the drain after a certain age.

It is true that most women tank at 35, but not all. Fewer would tank if they simply took better care of themselves. Heather Graham is one of those who does take care of herself and the benefits are obvious. Of course as a well known actress she has the resources to stay fit and healthy, but it is not that hard for anyone to exercise and eat well.
