Although a contemporary photo, this has a classic look. There is something about black and white photography which captures well a certain kind of restrained, yet still alluring beauty. This is one of the many photos I have found somewhere at one web site or another. I know nothing about it except that it is quite beautiful. When I come across a beautiful image, especially of a woman, I like to download it for further use. For some reason, when I see this photo I think of France around 1940. I imagine she could be a young French woman, perhaps a bit proper, but curious about certain of the more forbidden pleasures of life. Perhaps she was raised by overbearing parents, a strict family, and now she yearns for  freedom and exploration. Beneath the proper and restrained exterior is a curious and passionate creature waiting to be discovered.

Such discoveries are something I have always delighting in finding.
